Week 1 & 2 Report : GSoC 2023 - Convert Writer's Java UNO API Tests to C++

Hey everyone,
I want to submit the project report for Week #1 and #2.

The converted tests ready for commiting are as mentioned below
1. SwXCell.java

The tests still under work are
1. SwXAutoTextContainer.java
2. SwXAutoTextEntry.java
3. SwXAutoTextGroup.java

The converted tests will be committed by Monday.
