About macros, you can give a try with LO 7.4.6 or brand new LO 7.5.2.

If you've got some problems, you can check the bugtracker (see 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/) to see if it's a known bug or a 
new one,

in the last case, you can submit a bugtracker.
