Activating timestamp in LibreOffice CI

Hello,

To diagnose problems with CI performance, a good tool would be adding 
the timestamps in the build logs. To have timestamps in Jenkins, one can 
use this plugin:

Timestamper

As discussed in the plugin documentation, timestamps can be accurate up 
to milliseconds, which would be enough to diagnose performance problems.
