Yes, for old-format type rdb files that were generated with LO SDK prior 
to 7.5 (where support for generating the old format was removed via

"[API CHANGE] Remove deprecated idlc and regmerge from the SDK") reso, 
7.4 (where support for generating the new format was added via

"Provide unoidl-write also for the SDK").
