Hi Pierre,
are you trying to build a release?
Otherwise you can just run LOEclipse from within Eclipse as described
here:
https://github.com/LibreOffice/loeclipse/?tab=readme-ov-file#setup-eclipse-for-development
Regarding your specific problem I'm not sure how to fix the missing JUnit.
