test failure due to xmlsec

I've been trying to build LO 25.2.0.0.beta1 on Fedora Rawhide and saw a 
new test failure in

/builddir/build/BUILD/libreoffice-25.2.0.0-build/libreoffice-25.2.0.0.beta1/xmlsecurity/qa/xmlsec/xmlsec.cxx:100:(anonymous 
namespace)::testInsertPrivateKey::TestBody
equality assertion failed
- Expected: 1
- Actual  : 0

To avoid trying all the different combinations, can anyone tell me if 
there have been any changes in LO requirements about xmlsec library? LO 
24.8 built fine on Fedora 41 with xmlsec 1.2.39, but in Fedora Rawhide 
we now have xmlsec 1.2.41 while LO 25.2 bundles 1.3.6.
