881 SfxViewShell::GetFrameWeld() is reproducible by adding "LoadStyles"
to the menu in writer, then print preview and use that "LoadStyles"
entry.

https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/179084 is a first cut at fixing
that specific crash. But I think this slot should be disabled in print
preview, like some other are because using the dialog that at least now
appears will crash anyway.
