Arch-specific test failures

Hi! I'm one of the Fedora LibreOffice RPM maintainers.  I wanted to open a discussion on some tests that fail only on one arch. We're currently disabling those tests in our builds, and I'm happy to help test potential patches.  I've included links to existing bugs if they exist.

Every test referenced here fails with 24.2.0.3.
