[GSoC] Comments in Sidebar Deck: Weekly Update

Hello everyone,

In the last week, I implemented the following functionalities:
1. Edit comment text
2. Reply to a comment
3. Resolve comment or thread

All of these can be done directly from Comments deck in sidebar
and the annotation window will be synchronized with it.

This week I'll be working on implementing sorting (by time or position)
functionality.
