Again missing patch on LibO core master

Hi all,

I had to investigate again about patches that didn't make it to
LibreOffice core, branch master. And I found out that the API change
with commit:

https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/176715

is missing on master.

I tested this patch on my local LibreOffice build and it builds without
any errors.

Because I'm further not able (permissions)  to cherry-pick this patch to
master, someone with the necessary permissions need to do the action.
