it's interesting to know that you were at the board of the foundation
and regularly participating at the MC at that time and you hadn't raised
an issue about this patch with this label / title.

It should be clear for everyone here that Freemium is not  Free
Software. And the statutes of the foundation (TDF) includes only Free
Software.

Thus there are questions about the reasons why a member of TDF's leading
body (https://www.documentfoundation.org/board-2020-2022/) didn't raise
an eyebrow and prevent the foundation from getting patches with such
title / label or purpose.
