Libreoffice & RefPerSys inference engine

You just started to contribute to LibreOffice (under LGPL and some other open
source license). Congratulations for that. You also have an homonym in France (a
political science researcher:

I am a French open source developer (retired from www-list.cea.fr; but I did
contribute to the GCC compiler while working there). I am still coding various
free software (even if not formally paid to do so anymore).

Libreoffice is a huge open source project, and widely known for:

1. the huge size of the code base.
2. the human organization of its community (known to be gentle to contributors).

I do use Linux exclusively and Libreoffice (and also document formatters like
LaTeX and GNU lout) but I definitely am not familiar with its code base.

With others I am developing a less ambitious free software project, which aims
to become an inference engine. It is called RefPerSys ("REFlexive PERsistent
SYStem").

The C++ codebase is GPL licensed and on github.


I do believe there are possible potential connections between Libreoffice and
RefPerSys.

For example they could cooperate for grammar checking purposes. Since both
Libreoffice and RefPerSys accepts plugins, and since RefPerSys (following ideas
from Jacques Pitrat and https://arxiv.org/abs/1109.0779 ...) is able to generate
some code (including, this is work in progress, C++ code). So there could be
some possible cooperation.

NB. Feel free to ask me technical details about RefPerSys (but I know nothing
about Libreoffice internals and architecture).
