Hello,
New Win daily builds are now available in
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html
The problem started to happen after
65d72f816afc92a062cf6ad14c1bb4fb0a5829df "tdf#62408 tdf#159292 Impress:
Introduce Microsoft Media Foundation APIs" when building with VS2019 and
--enable-mergelibs=more.
However, the issue is not reproducible when building with VS2022 so the
initial plan was to update Windows baseline to VS2022 but since it's
taker longer than expected due to licenses, --enable-mergelibs=more has
been disabled for Win daily builds for now in
b188d71d49f4570d312b45886c7e48d873790f70 "Temporarily disable
--enable-mergelibs=more in daily builds"
