I assume you are the guest who joined #libreoffice-qa (quality 
assurance) channel on IRC today. I quote an answer that was given later:

buildbots use Eclipse temurin (adoptium) JDK - and the architecture 
needs to match the architecture of LibreOffice. Apple silicon (aarch64) 
LO --> you need aarch64 version of the JRE/JDK. And if you run a x86_64 
build of LO via rosetta, you also need a x86_64 copy of the JRE/JDK.
