LibreOffice 24.8 and python package with binary file

Hi all,

With LibreOffice 24.8 I am again faced with the problem that is referenced
by issue #159988
<https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159988> and I can no
longer load Python packages that have binary files.

When installing the extension a message appears on the console:

*Could not find platform independent libraries <prefix>*
*Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>*
*Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]*

Does anyone know where this comes from and how to fix this problem.
