GSoC Weekly Update - Markdown Filter

Here's what I did in the last week:

   -

   *Introduced Clipboard Support for Markdown Format.*
   -

      *Markdown content can now be pasted using the *"Paste As"* option by
      manually registering the MIME type *text/markdown*.*
      -

      *The process is currently manual due to operating system limitations
      and varying environments that do not register the Markdown MIME type by
      default on the clipboard.*
      -

   *Implemented a Dialog for Pasting Plain Text as Markdown.*
   -

      *A new drop-down dialog appears when pasting plain text that contains
      Markdown-formatted content.*
      -

      The dialog allows users to choose between inserting as plain text or
      as Markdown.
