Appearance theme refactored at 25.8, previous themes will no longer function

Folks,

Just a heads-up if folks had missed 
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166942

The published appearance themes that were key to UX at 25.2 will no 
longer function at the 25.8 release.

Need some additional themes with the refactored appearance theme 
framework in place.
