Build Error within LibreOffice Python Module

internal python3 was recently upgraded to 3.12 in 
528cdd6573748d01c9d99ca3710a808866281921 "python3: upgrade to 3.12.11 
(master only)".

Can you try to build before and after this commit to see whether this is 
the one causing the problem for you?
