Reminder: write release notes about your nice work

Very appropriate reminder.

For documentation purposes this is critical. A terse report does not 
always ring a bell to the community or the people in charge of adding 
contents in Help or guides. Not to say about the marketing comm business.

Also, release notes added *after* the software release is not good at all.
