GSOC ReportBuilder Weekly Update

Hello Adam and mentors,

I don't really understand this GSOC, I thought it was about redoing the
reportbuilder graphics module in C++, apparently it's about making a single
command line tool? or exporting files.
Do you have a diagram of understanding and tell  the files and directories
impacted. Where in the code are you going to insert your filter and why? Or
is it an external library containing UNO commands?
