<p>Thanks Caolán for your answer.</p>
<p>I build with --enable-pch=full since a long time. I do not
remember when I activated it, but I did not modify my
autogen.input since last November.</p>
<p>I'm going to try to build without this option.</p>

--enable-pch=full
before without error? I happen to not typically use it on Linux so I
wonder if that's the difference.
