[Libva] [PATCH][G45] Fix rendering of RGBA subpictures

Hi,

As I said in another mail, the shader program was wrong for subpictures. I 
don't fully understand G45 shaders, but I grabbed the ARGB one and it 
worked.

This also fixes flickering with OSD in MPlayer.
