[Libva] [PATCH] Call GLX/Pixmap related functions through vtable

Hi,

This patch adds glXCreatePixmap() and glXDestroyPixmap() hooks to the 
OpenGL vtable. This is needed for another driver allowing vaPutSurface() 
with a Pixmap but that is not exposing GLX 1.3 fully yet. Another patch 
will try to accomodate this requirement too.
