[Libva] h264enc test app is not working.

Hi,
I am trying the h264enc test app which comes with the libva package.
Its not writing the encoded data into the file.
I am trying following cmd:
$ ./h264enc -w 640 -h 480 -n 10

Actually I could see some prints like:

/00000001 (P)(-00001 bytes coded)

By looking at this print, its cleat that encoding is not happening.
Can anybody tell what is the issue?
Please help me.
