Commit 95da3e7 <http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libva/commit/?id=95da3e742bee58383f575bdf1ebcb424fc1ad1a8>, which makes vtable a pointer breaks the compilation of i965_drv_video because it was not updated to treat vtable as a pointer.
