[Libva] [PATCH] [G45] Fix check for VC-1 decoding support

Hi,

This patch fixes detection of VC-1 decoding support so that vainfo doesn't
report it's existence on former chipsets. So, the former patch to vainfo
is not needed.

Note: please remove the "0 &&" in HAS_VC1() once VC-1 decoding support
actually lands into the repository. This is needed to completely disable
VC-1 as other applications might erroneously think this is supported
(vaQueryConfigProfiles() reports it) whereas only stubs are available.
