[Libva] G45 h264 decoding

Hi,

when using the "g45-h264" branch and the vaapi patched mplayer I get
below 1 FPS and the kernel is printing lots of errors. The used
Hardware is an Intel GMA 4500MHD, kernel version is 2.6.39.
