No. I dunno how to fix the autoconf/automake crap. I usually fix the 
Makefile.

May I remmber you that wherever you check, Ubuntu + debian represent 
more installation than anything else (see figures on ditrowatch, 
linuxcounter, ...). So please test build ta lest on theses systems.
