I sent a patch to expose driver capability on RGBX/BGRX vaImage support.

you can use the test case here to verify it by "./putsurface -1 NV12 -2 RGBX"
or follows the examples in va_vpp.h to use the functionality by vpp process.

We will add support for vaGetImage()/vaPutImage() with RGBA/BGRA
