Hi, 

The compile error isn't caused by the two patches. You can revert the
patches and build the driver again, the error should exist.

The most possibility is that libva-intel-driver doesn't match libva on
your machine. For libva-intel-driver-1.0.19, you should use the official
release of libva or the master branch of libva.
