[Libva] System crash deinterlacing mpeg2 in SandyBridge

Dear list,

I've opened a bug [1] related to i965 driver but maybe it had been
missed as I haven't received any feedback on two weeks.

The issue described causes a complete crash on the SandyBridge system
where I'm testing the Fluendo VAAPI capable GStreamer plugins.

The Fluendo elements are properly supporting this use case on
GMA500/GMA600 and CedarTrail hardware.

I've also provided in the bug report a way to reproduce the issue
without needing the Fluendo GStreamer elements.
