We already have VA_FOURCC_RGBX from staging branch, which we will backport.

As an interim solution for the VA intel-driver, you could simply:
#ifndef VA_FOURCC_RGBX
#define VA_FOURCC_RGBX 0x58424752
#endif
in there.
