[Libva] [ANNOUNCE] libva-intel-driver 1.2.2

libva-intel-driver 1.2.2 is now available, the new version brings the
following changes:

* Motion compensation DI on HSW
* Optimization of FPS for H.264 encoding on HSW
* Add brightness/contrast/hue/saturation support for rendering.
* Support BT601/BT709/SMPTE240 in vaPutSurface() 
* Expose Constrained Baseline Profile instead of Baseline Profile for
H.264
* Bug fixes
