[Libva] Decoder macroblocking...

I am getting some macroblocking around moving objects when using VAAPI for
decoding through ffmpeg in my application. It only appears around fairly
large moving objects and at first it appears as jaggies around the edges of
moving objects...

If I play the same clip in VLC and configure it to use VAAPI, it does not
macroblock... so it must be something that I'm doing (though I suppose VLC
is using a different version of ffmpeg than I am)...

I used the ffmpeg.c example provided in the hwdecode-demos project as a
base for my decoding code. Is anyone aware of any recent issues with
FFMPEG's vaapi support that sounds like this?
