[Libva] Select hardware for acceleration

Hello,

is there a way to select a specific hardware in the system to be used,
if multiple supported hardware devices are installed?
I have a system with an Intel GPU onboard and a NVIDIA graphic card. I
want to force vaapi to use the Intel acceleration. How can I achieve this?
