[Libva] [PATCH 0/7] Build and symbol visibility fixes

Hello all,

Decided to give latest libva a go and then chaos...
Out ot tree builds did not work and after fixing those some files were 
left around (spotted by 'make distcheck').

Finally I've prepped some, perhaps controvertial, patches which nuke 
some of the internal symbols from the global namespace.

Any input, suggestions and comments are appreciated.
