[Libva] loadjpeg gets incorrect result on screen

Hi all,
                When I run ./ loadjpeg xxx in test/decode directory of libva, the screen shows an entirely white
result instead of picture content. Seems it's a bug of vaPutSurface. My environment is ubuntu14.04,
libva & intel-driver latest upstream code.
                Could you fix this issue? Thanks!
