[Libva] VAAPI simultaneous h264 enconding

Can vaapi support h264 encoding of two video at the same time, if yes what would be the maximum resolution and fps rate that would be able to encode?

In general how many simultaneous streams can be encoded at the same time?

The platform is a Baytrail I
