[Libva] va_getDriverName() returns -1

I don't think libva-intel-driver can work with emgd. You should install
emgd backend vaapi driver:
http://edc.intel.com/Software/Downloads/EMGD/

I never tried emgd before, I'm sorry that I cannot provide more help
to you on this.
