Sorry for the delay:
- Greeter setting is greeter-session
- It's up to themes where they install, but I recommend installing in
/usr/bin and config into /etc/lightdm
- If a greeter has themeing, then install it is
/usr/share/<greeter-name>/themes I'd recommend.
