In this repo you can find the spec-file and the patches that I have created in 
order to build Chromium on top of the openSUSE Distribution. However I have 
never attempted to build Chrome and this might be completely different. 

I am getting chromium from the following svn location : 
http://src.chromium.org/svn/trunk/src
