[LightDM] Version 1.1.4 released

aka the "brain surgery" release.  This release has a major
restructuring of how the PAM code works, so we'll find out just how
good the regression tests are...  If you are using PAM in any sort of
clever ways (e.g. LDAP) please test this release and feedback asap if
any regressions.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.1.4

    * Change session directory once user permissions are set so it works
      on NFS filesystems that don't allow root to access files.
    * Restructure session code so the PAM authentication is run in its
      own process.
    * Set PAM_XDISPLAY and PAM_XAUTHDATA pam items
    * Don't send session stdout to .xsession-errors
    * Fix Qt bindings crash when removing a user
