[LightDM] lightdm fails to stop & can't change login

I think it's difficult for us that don't use Gentoo. But it looks like some permission problem as you can stop them as root but not as a normal user.
I don't know what takes care of that, PAM?
Attached are lightdm's /etc/pam.d/ files in Fedora 17.
