[LightDM] Removal of "surfaceflinger" seat type

For LightDM 1.12 I have dropped support for the "surfaceflinger" seat type.
This seat type was introduced in LightDM 1.8 as a temporary solution for
the Ubuntu phone team until they completely switched to Mir. I find it
highly unlikely anyone else was using this seat type but if you were please
let us know.
