[LightDM] LightDM homepage updated

Hi all,

I've just updated the very out-of-date and short LightDM homepage [1].

Feedback is very welcome!

In particular I've tried to link to different distributions who use LightDM
in the "Installation" section. Ideally these links provide a) which version
is available and b) some proof that LightDM is supported on these systems.
If these links are wrong or there are others that should be added please
let me know. I think it would also be useful to have links or descriptions
for systems that don't currently support LightDM so people have a first
step there (even if it is "build it yourself" or "doesn't build, please
file bugs / generate patches").
