[LightDM] lightdm 1.2.8 released

This is a stable update in the 1.2 series that fixes some important bugs.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.2.8

    * Handle signals being received in child processes instead of treating
them
      like they are received in the daemon.
    * Ensure X authority is written before X server is started.
    * Fix some small memory leaks detected by valgrind.
    * Fix double removal of source IDs.
