[LightDM] lightdm-webkit-greeter

Hi,

My name is Gustau Castells and I'm one of the devs of the
Antergos<http://www.antergos.com/> distribution
(based on Arch).

We use lightdm login manager in our distro, using lightdm-webkit-greeter.

We've ported the lightdm-webkit-greeter to webkit2

What I'm asking is:

1) This is the first time I work with webkit2, so I'm not sure I did "the
right thing" when coding this. I hope everything is more or less ok. I
would be very grateful if somebody could have a look at it.

2) Robert Ancell has told me that the webkit1 version is unmaintained code.
I'll be glad if this webkit2 port can be added upstream, and if nobody
wants to maintain it, I offer myself to maintain both versions (webkit1 and
webkit2).
