[LightDM] lightdm 1.10.3 released

Ok, I just checked and lightdm versions 1.10.3-0ubuntu1 and 1.10.2-0ubuntu1 
are in the 'rejected' queue.  Is there someplace where I can get the reason 
this update was rejected?

And where can I get the package and built it myself?
