[LightDM] lightdm 1.2.9 released

This is a stable update in the 1.2 series that fixes some important bugs.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.2.9

    * Fix pipe file descriptor leak for each session login / authentication
    * Handle not getting an X connection when attempting to get X layouts
    * Correct section name in default users.conf file
