[LightDM] lightdm 1.12.1 released

This is a stable update in the 1.12 series that contains an important fix
for a regression introduced in 1.11.7 [1]. All users of 1.12.0 should
immediately upgrade.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.12.1

    * Fix crash when having configuration keys defined in multiple places
    * Allow user switching in multi-seat until bug stopping greeter showing
on
      logout is fixed
    * Disable log message when AccountsService users change
